Depicts the final ten days of Nazi Germany in Hitler's bunker and Berlin. Based partly on the first-hand account of secretary Traudl Junge, the film shows the collapse of Hitler's plans, the suicides of Hitler and those around him, and the entrance of the Russians into Berlin. The film begins and ends with the words of Traudl Junge and her slow realization that she too was partially responsible for the acts of the Nazis.
